Decent beds, flat screens with digital channels, good bathroom facilities, good breakfast.

Strange owners. At breakfast there was another table of guys who were obviously away on business and they openly remarked at how odd the owners were towards residents. Wouldn't stop me staying there, but a point definitely worth noting!

there was no smoking signs in the room and my collegue smoked 2 cigarettes, The owner never mentioned no smoking in the room and charged me £100 for room cleaning as he had the window open when he smoked the 2 cigarettes. As they were only 2 guest rooms taken i think they needed more money, so £180 for b&b for 2 persons
